These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Milian Signals website, Telegram channels, courses and related services (“Services”). By creating an account, subscribing or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Milian Signals provides trading-related content, including live signals shared via Telegram, structured trading courses and an affiliate program. Access to paid services is granted after successful payment and remains active for the paid period.
2. Subscriptions & billing
- Memberships are billed upfront for the selected period (monthly, 6-month or yearly).
- Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to taxes where applicable.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
- You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
3. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of signals and course content, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if the service was not materially delivered. Contact support to request a review.
4. Affiliate program
Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying subscription payments made by referred users. Commission rates, payout thresholds and supported networks are shown in the affiliate dashboard. Payouts are processed in cryptocurrency on Solana. Self-referrals and fraudulent traffic are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of commissions and account termination.
5. Acceptable use
You may not share login credentials, resell signals, use automated means to scrape content, or use the Services for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Risk disclosure
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Nothing provided by Milian Signals constitutes financial, investment or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
7. Intellectual property
All content, branding, signals and course materials are owned by Milian Signals or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use during your active subscription.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milian Signals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
